MGO 1450+ means a minimum methylglyoxal concentration of 1,450 mg/kg — the highest commercially available potency (equivalent to UMF 28+ certification). Extremely rare, it represents the upper limit of natural MGO concentration, with production measured in single-digit kilograms per season from exceptional apiary sites.
